Initial consultation – free

Am I the right therapist for you? I offer a free, no-obligation consultation over the phone. This might last up to 30 minutes, and is a great chance to ask me any questions and for me to tell you a bit about how I work. 

​60 minute session – £45

I currently charge £45 per hour-long session, payable in advance by BACS, PayPal. Cash is fine too!

I offer a small concession to counselling trainees, and can occasionally offer a slightly reduced fee to those on low-income (first come, first served basis). 

I review my fees every April, and always give at least a month's notice of any change in fees.

Please give 48 hours notice where possible if you are unable to attend your session, or you may incur a charge.
